1. Return Eligibility
You may return any product purchased from Ochiee Shoes within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and original receipts must be included.
- Shoes must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Customized or personalized shoes (if applicable).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@ochiee.com or call +92 339 0973787 with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (in case of damaged items).
- Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review and approve your return if it meets the eligibility criteria. You will receive further instructions on how to send your shoes back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If you received a free gift or promotional item with your purchase, it must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for returns, and specify the item and size you’d like to exchange for.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
